Eating for Health Imagine living in a world were diseases are a thing from the past. Everywhere you turn, you come across loved ones and people who are healthy and genuinely happy to be alive.

I am happy to say that this dream can actually come true in your life. Did you know most diseases are the result from having too much body fat, not the weight on the scale? Having too much body fat reduces your lifespan, which will not only hurt you, but your loved ones who care about your health. Food is fuel for the body. The body needs complete macro-nutrients to build muscle. Muscle burns fat, naturally.

If you eat meals that are not complete macro meals,

you will lose muscle and gain fat which will also send your body into shock from the extra stress
